We had gone through three different sets of lights from Amazon. I thought we were gonna get blackballed then finally success my fountain is very small, but a large wall area to shine on!! the lights come on at 7:15 and it’s magic. The lights are perfect.

Worked out great! I installed the set in an indoor pond. (Theaquarist.info) The interchangeable color lens gave me the blue lagoon look that I wanted.

This product stopped working completely after 2 months. Infact it was used only 3 hours on a timer based nightly use.

I purchased the 3-light set, not expecting any real longevity--perhaps a couple of years of service. I got what I was anticipating. They did work for about 6 months before I started to notice water leaking into the covers that are designed to protect the bulbs. Before the year was up, one bulb blew out. Since the bulbs cannot be changed, this means that your entire string is now one light poorer.But what I really did not like is that the color gels are positioned too far away from the bulb. This means that if you happen to be viewing a light from the side, all you see is white light. For ponds, this means having the bulbs either pointing straight up (at the viewer) or sideways while well-covered with rocks.

I like this style- warm non-led light temp. Unfortunately this brand started failing within 60 days. Dead by Christmas. I'm already looking for an alt.

My waterfall/pond is only 80 gallons but this Halogen light set does the trick. I searched high and low for a submersible LED light set but reviews/price of those units were sketchy. These halogen lights are made well, have not leaked and come with 3 different colored lenses (cheap plastic) but have held up well. Lights are placed approximately 1 foot deep and dramatically change the color of the water and the waterfall :)

These seem well made and they work great in my small (7' x 8') pond. If you had a larger pond, the cord between the lights is only about 2 1/2 feet and probably wouldn't go all around the edge of your pond. The lights came with 4 different colored lenses (one for each light) which was nice. I am happy I purchased these.

Purchased these 30w lights to place in our newly installed 400 gallon pond, as a source of accent lighting for viewing the pond during the evening hours. Easy to set up and install. Simply plug in and go! Each of the lights is weighted on the bottom of each unit, and each light will sink and stay where you place it. No floating issues withthis product. Lights are connected by 3 feet of line between each light. I plugged these into a timer (not included) and they turn on at approx 730 pm (dusk) and stay on until about 1100pm.The lights are bright (halogen bulbs) and are also able to be infinitely aimed/adjusted due to the way they are mounted. We use the lights to provide accent lighting to two underwater plants, and the third simply sits on the bottom under our small fountain pointing upward...and completely lights up the moving waters of our pond fountain. Great lighting effect! I compared this set of lights to a comparable LED set....and these lights win hands down. Much brighter, heavier, better quality than the LED set I just sent back. They provide bright warm light, while completely submerged underwater in the pond/fountain. They do not bother the fish in my pond at all...in fact, the fish seem to enjoy playing in the light once darkness arrives!Quality seems to be above average, each light lens is sealed by a silicone gasket which keeps water out of the electronics. Also included are three sets of color light lenses (red, blue, green, yellow) which i have not yet used. I will post updates...as currently the lights have only been in use for about a week, with no issues or problems. Currently, I recommend these lights for small to medium size ponds...for above avreage accent lighting.
