Blew the pump in my pressure washer. I didn't want to waste the Honda engine so decided to try replacing the pump assembly even though I'm not really mechanical. The pump came quickly. The holes lined up perfectly and now it works better than ever. Great product!

I called customer service to double check to see if the part number was correct. Very helpful AND THEY ARE AMERICANS!!!!! Go figure. Pump fit perfectly - directions were accurate and followed up with a video. Nice. I wish more American companies did that!!!

I replaced my old pressure washer pump with this one. It is a 1:1 replacement for the old one on my unit. Installation was easy.I am not sure there is much difference in output pressure compared to the old one when it was new, but the new one beats the zero PSI of the old one :-)

Amazon listing was accurate and reassuring, after having looked at the numerous options. This pump did indeed fit the Costco/Honda pressure washer (Simpson MSV3024) perfectly.I made a rookie installation mistake, however. I decided to use the old 'chemical induction' fitting that the siphon tube was attached to. When I removed the new little brass fitting, the spring and ball inside (which I knew nothing about - because I never checked for instructions) evaporated into an alternate universe. When I fired up the unit, high pressure water jetted out the siphon tube...bummer. THEN I did some research. Found out about the check ball/spring function. Searched high and low in my garage for the missing pieces to no avail. If you could see the state of my workbench, you'd understand.I called the ROP shop and the friendly agent identified and sold me the needed part quickly, referencing the original Amazon order number. They even provided fast and free shipping. Now the new part (with spring and ball bearing in place) is installed. Pump works like a dream. I highly recommend this vendor. Previous good reviews proved correct. These guys rock.

Very easy install for my Costco 3000 PSI Simpson pressure washer. Unfortunately it will only install one direction which points the outlets to the rear of the machine. This is the reason the last one broke as you have to tilt the machine to wheel it around. This caused the outlet to crack... Hoping this one lasts longer than the original. Will update if it fails. Other reviews have said it seems more powerful than original... My experience was not that and it seemed slightly less powerful in my opinion.

Bought this for my son's power washer since his factory pump stopped working after two years. Installed it and the unit works better now than it did when it was new. Great price and very easy to install, I also purchased the extended warranty. If you buy this pump you will not be disappointed thanks ROP Shop

Installing this pump was a near idiot-proof (thankfully for me). This body was a 3-arm setup where the factory was a circular universal-fit bracket. All bolt holes aligned perfectly and the shaft fit very snugly - keeping the key aligned was the hardest part of install.Testing was satisfying, and a noticeable kick above the older, leaky pump and no oils misting the washer and driveway underneath it sealed the deal. Well worth the price over finding a guy to rebuild, hoping it was done right and having the down time in between. I did get the small can of pump saver to prolong the life of this one.UPDATEJust under 3 years later and maybe 10 -12 car washes, patio washings and genera light duty, the seals are letting go an dripping oil like the last one. It's never sat with pressure on the hose for more than 60 seconds and I've used the Simpson preservative when stored. It still pumps at full pressure (it seems) but if you don't want to leave stains on your customer's concrete or kill grass, put it on a mat.
