These blades or knives fit perfectly on my Makita planer and I did not know how dull my old blades were until I changed them, so simple also.

Sharpness doesn’t seem great. Not as good as the dewalt blades that came with my planer. They do, do the job. Just not as well or easily as they should. Very loud
