It includes the toilet gasket. It took 5 minutes to remove the toilet, 2 minutes to remove the old valve, 2 minutes to install the new valve. It comes with the O ring needed for the fill tube and 2 screws to choose from for fastening the valve. Perfect replacement, easy to install.
