I'm giving this product two stars only because I am missing parts and the instructions for assembly are awful. Otherwise this item would have received five stars.

It will work but for something that is going to see weather and rough terrain its not built to well to do so. Its a bit weak in my eyes for its use. Its not bad and it will work for a while however it wont last. Overall its not bad and it does what it was designed for however the length of time it will last is questionable. There were chips in the paint and such for something that is going to be dragged on the ground thats kind of irrelevant.

This aerator is below average, especially given the price. You can see in the pics that the quality is not great. Several parts have some chipped spots that already had a little bit of rust on them. The packaging wasn't as secure as things would move around. This is a quite heavy aerator, but it didn't even have any foam or anything to keep it tight in the box. Assembly was ok and the instructions are not the best. The nuts and bolts are various sizes and it comes with thin wrenches but they will be difficult to use unless you have a torque wrench as well. You need to hold one side to turn the bolt from the other, but they are hard to do with just the wrenches they come with. Luckily I have a torque wrench and it made things easier. I'm addition the pics they show don't exactly match the product. It seems like you can put 3 cinder blocks in there, but that's not how big it is. As for how it did on the grass: you have to carry it to the grassy area cause there are no wheels on this, then put the weights on it. I put about 105lbs on it, but it just seemed to glide over the grass with very little (to no) depth into it. This might work for lawns that are very thin (like a golf course), or if you want to till the dirt before planting something, but as an aerator it's not great.
