Oh, it seems, I lose at least one of these every time I change strings. The you gotta get on the floor and start looking for where it rolled to .... don't care anymore 🤣 got a bunch of them now. Oh it's so much less stressful.

You never know when you might need one to replace one you just lost on stage when a string brakes. Or you drop one on the ground if your playing outside. For the price, if your guitar uses them, get them!

I’ve put these in two guitars so far. One body was oak and the other is an unknown wood that is very soft. Drill your holes just slightly smaller than the barrel of these and they will hold just fine in any wood. I tap them in with a ball peen hammer. The self center as the go in. Use of a drill press with enough space to reach across the body will ensure straight holes.

These ferrules have a very small diameter. I can't use them for my projects.
