Terrible shipping. Scratches on product and some dents. Directions nearly useless. I think the installation parts (screws etc.) weren't even the right ones for the door!!! I had to use my own. Only reason I didn't return it is because I was using it to replace an old one we had for over 10 years and I already threw that one away and didn't want to deal with the hassle of the return. Steer clear and order from a different company!!!!!

We received our item 4 days after stated was going to be delivered. We went to install it and noticed that the pieces didn’t look right. There was a piece already incorrectly screwed together, and lines drawn on it. This was a used returned door. The panels do not open up to fill the track opening, making the door not close by at least an inch. Very disappointing, as we had high hopes for this 160.00 door. Now we have to package it and return it after waiting 2 weeks for it to get here.

This accordion door looks decent, but it honestly isn’t my favorite door. I like that it’s easy to install, and the video is very easy to follow. I am not a big fan of the handles, as I think they look cheap and unattractive. I think that if you are just looking for a door that you don’t typically close it then you’ll be okay with this door, but if you want a door that you close often, or if you want to just keep it closed all the time, you may not like this one. I think it’s affordable, and it’s good for small spaces because you can keep it open, and it doesn’t take up a lot of space.
