Sharp burrs on working face around holes and part number lettering. Questioning on whether this part was machined backwards. There is paper on one side as if that side is the working side. If that is the case, then counter bored holes and counter bore for bushing are on the wrong face. That these counterbores should be on the paper side.

This is a good base and fits the router and bushings perfectly. The reason for only 4 stars is they should have eased the outer edge slightly. It's a very sharp 90 degree corner that will stop you in your tracks if there's a knot or blemish on your board even if it's only 1/64 proud of the surface. It's an easy fix but in my opinion should have been done at the factory.
