10 cents each is a good price for nylock nuts. No rust or defects that I can see. These are a good buy.

These nuts work as expected. Then thread on well and the nylon insert helps prevent them from loosening. These are good quality nuts that should work wherever a 3/8 inch nut is required. They come in a plastic bag that is not recloseable so plan on transferring them into a better container.

This review is for the Grade 2, 3/8"-16 TPI (threads per inch) nylocks (nylon insert locknuts). These came nicely packaged in a PE bag with a label identifying all of the characteristics and the quantity. The nuts look exactly like what I would get at my local hardware store--except at a half to 2/3rds the price.My bag was supposed to have (100) nuts but I counted only 97. I occasionally see this kind of short with Makers and I hope they work to address it. 100 should be 100 to 103. Err on the side of overdelivering! It seems like they are missing a post-bag-filling weight-in, which should easily catch any shortage. Please--quality control is essential. I'm knocking a star off based on quantity delivered; quality is 5 stars.Regardless, I hope Makers Bolt keeps up the nice work of distributing quality hardware at a reasonable price.

There's not much to say about nuts, but these are the right size and fit, are finished well, and the price is good too. Since Nylocks can only be used a minimal number of times before needing to be replaced, it's good to have a large count to work with. My nuts came in a plastic bag, not a plastic case as pictured, but it doesn't bother me. Not much more that I can think to say about these, they're great nuts.

The finish on these is the same as the low grade stuff at the hardware store, and it should be noted that these will likely not have much corrosion protection either- but they are crazy cheap. The nylon inserts are very stiff, so they will "lock" very well but I wouldn't recommend reusing them if relying on the locking feature. Great price on bulk hardware!
