Good replacement Handle for the DW703. Be sure to take a picture of the wiring and screw placement so you have a reference when putting it back together. Lost one star for the hole size where the cord exists the handle. My model of the DW703 had a cord protector that needed a larger hole than what was available on the replacement handle. Over all, way… cheaper to replace the handle, then to buy a new miter box. Definitely recommend

Almost a perfect fit. I had to find bigger screws for the trigger. The factory screws were too small when installing new handle. However this did fit my 10" Dewalt and I should get another 10 years out of this tool.

Nice piece. My saw is 15 years old, I think some things have changed and required slight mods. Switch screws were bigger and cord feed hole was to small but we're easy fixes. Overall fit is great

Fit except 2 things:- one screw, which I had to replace. One hole was too large and the original dewalt screw just slid in and out. I was able to use a regular drywall screw to fix the issue.- the hole for the cord is sized for replacing without the extra rubber cord insulator that was on the dewalt originally. I can understand why they might do this… if you have lost that extra rubber part, then you need this to be smaller. In my case, I wanted to put it back together as original, so I clamped the handle and drilled a bigger hole. It worked out.So if you want to put in the extra steps, this handle works great. No problems since.
