This really isn't queen sized. I found, after unrolling it, that it's better suited for a twin sized bed.You will need to cut this, which is a bit inconvenient. I wound up cutting these into strips and laying them width-wise, rather than length wise, to preserve cutting through the middle.I've never encountered moisture under the bed, but after hearing about it, I wanted to get something to enhance the air flow. We'll see how this works, but you definitely need to cut this to fit.

I have a new RV and haven't experienced moisture issues yet, but, I've read about others' issues and this is a recommended approach to preventing them. The material itself has lots of air channels. It almost looks like thousands of tiny coil-springs. They will compress easily enough under pressure but with the mattress evenly spread out over this cushion, there should be lots of air circulation under the mattress. It was easy to cut with a sharp scissor. My "RV Queen" (standard full) size bed required 2 pieces cut to 54" from the length of the material. One piece also needed 6 inches cut from its length. I used double-sided carpet tape to hold the edges in place and along the seam between the 2 pieces. It would have been nice to have an out-of-the-box proper fit but the installation didn't take long.
