The 3B Scientific W19007 figure model demonstrates the effects of correct and incorrect lifting techniques on the spinal column. When the model lifts a weight from the correct position, the spine stays in alignment; when lifted from the incorrect position, the vertebrae become unaligned. The W19007 has a base with illustrated lifting instructions for ease of use, and is made of durable plastic.
The model measures 28.0 x 21.0 x 21.5cm/11.0 x 8.3 x 8.5 inches (H x W x D), and weighs 1.4kg (3.09lb). (H is the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is the horizontal distance from left to right; D is the horizontal distance from front to back.)

Do you feel that? That burning sore sensation in your lower back that only occurs when you bend over ever so slightly. it causes you to stand funny when doing any task that requires your to bend until the pain possibly subsides after a good nights sleep? Yeah, that is the sign of you're not understanding good ergonomics and you're damaging yourself. This little gadget is such a helpful tool at educating to people the effects of their own actions on their body. It was amazing to find this available on Amazon for roughly half the price than any other retailer out there!
