Easy to install and absolutely just as good as the original joysticks that come with your controller. I am not the most technically advanced person out there, but after watching a video tutorial on how to replace the joysticks, I was all set. You will need to buy the right size mini screw driver to get your controller apart, but that was the only issue I ran into (not a knock against this product).

Just like the OEM thumb sticks. The color is exact and feel is the same. Makes my controller look and feel like brand new again!

Used these to replace thumbsticks that were missing the rubber top. Installation was easy with a guide found online. Already had the tools. Work great.
