These knee / Shin guards are awesome for mountain biking. Not sure I would use them with a motorcycle boot for moto but with a mountain bike shoe they are perfect. I bash my shins more than my knees.

These are terrific, very well made should last a long time. If you wear boots these will impact how you close the boot, not everyone needs pads inside of boot, kind of overkill for some.
