I'm still 'playing' with this tape measure, but it is very good. The physical tape is very strong with a magnetic 'hook', which gives it more versatility. Laser does far more than I would ever use it for, but nice to have that option. I will use for typical measuring of fixed distances (walls, lumber, etc). Testing against the tape it is very accurate, which is nice to know. It would be pretty useless if that was not the case. The construction is as good as some expensive traditional tapes I have. The case isn't cushioned as my others are, which would have been nice. Otherwise, great measuring instrument.
