3KS thermally conductive silicone has good heat transfer performance and excellent thermal conductivity. With high-density nanoparticle design, it does not dry out even at high temperatures of 80°C, does not harden for a long time, and maintains stable performance.
It is non-conductive and there is no need to worry about short circuits.
With a thermal conductivity of 12.8W/m.k, it is applied between CPUs and various sensitive devices and heatsinks to improve heat transfer efficiency.
What is CPU grease?
A computer is equipped with a CPU cooler, which is a part for cooling the CPU. CPU grease is applied to the part where the CPU cooler and the CPU come into contact. CPU grease is a type of lubricant, and various products with different materials and performance are sold.
By applying CPU grease, the slight gap between the CPU and the CPU cooler can be filled, allowing for more efficient cooling. The performance of CPU grease is represented by thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. The higher the thermal conductivity and the lower the thermal resistance value, the better the cooling performance.
Since it is non-conductive, there is no need to worry about short circuits.
It does not harden for a long time and maintains stable properties.

After sitting in a box for nearly a year, the cap still unscrewed nicely and the grey paste pushed out of the tube evenly. There were no hardened chunks or air bubbles.Nothing crazy; nothing wrong with it. It's thermal paste. Would purchase again.

This thermal paste does a fine job but the value isn't there.While this thermal paste does what it needs to do, it doesn't outperform other options that are available for the same price or less. I have a collection of free thermal pastes from various CPU coolers and this performs right at that level if not a bit better. But I was disappointed to see that this thermal paste will actually run you more than some other competitors that are pretty good thermal pastes.If you were looking at just this thermal paste, I think you could say it's good. But once you factor in the other thermal pastes on the market, I think you're better off buying one of those.What I liked about it: It worksWhat I didn't like: Not a great value. I'd rather have get something else.Overall, I don't recommend this thermal paste.

Seems thicker then other thermal pastes and I've had no issues. I've been working client and server administration for thousands of hosts for over 30years and know many different thermal pastes. Yes, I have a few brands that work the same but like this one for its longevity so far to not dry up like many others.

Works as expected. Not 100% sure if the thermal rating is accurate, but it seems to be working well on my RTX 2060.
