Lasts much longer than the cheap belts, but still never comes close to wearing out the grit before it fails. It's also a smoother running belt, almost no thumping, and the belt doesn't drift as much. But pricey compared to the 1.50 belts.

These 60 grit belts do not hold up and are not worth the price. They couldn't get through sanding the paint off two (3x3) cabinet doors. The stock 80 grit belts that came with my Wen sander worked at least twice as long on the same job.

I've used cheaper belts to save a few bucks. Unfortunately they quickly snapped when used on my belt sander. It happened so often that I thought I had an issue with the sander itself. However, after trying the 3m sanding belt without any issues, It turns out to be the quality of the belts. Simply said, 3M makes the best sanding belts.

Unlike other sanding belts, you can install this in One Direction or the other. That speaks to the quality of this product.

Just finishing up my deck. After going through multiple packages of the cheaper belts, I finished the last third of the deck with just one 3M belt. I wish I had only bought these.I recommend them; they will save you time and money in the long run.
