I received a silicone brush and spatula as well as three mesh screen sifters: 8in 60 mesh, 6in and 4in 40 mesh. It appears that the mesh numbers show how fine it sifts; so the higher the mesh number the smaller the screen opening. I am using these primarily for baking and sifting dry ingredients such as flour and cocoa powder. Until these sieves, I have been using bowl-shaped ones with feet on them. It irritated me that I would lose ingredients in-between the mesh and the metal foot, not to mention how difficult they could be to completely clean at times. With these sieves, I have gotten all of the dry ingredients through mesh without losing any to trapping and they are a breeze to clean. Treat them well and they look like they will last a long time.

Impeccable, tout est conforme, on sent bien que le maillage du plus petit est plus serré , c'est plus long de tamiser la farine, une taille un peu plus grande aurait été plus pratique.Le plus grand : la farine passe sans quasiment d'efforts.Pour la farine classique que j'utilise le tami intermédiaire est le plus utile.

Si tratta di un set da 3 pezzi di setacci a maglia fine con spazzola.Ogni setaccio ha una dimensione differente infatti ne abbiamo uno:Ø10 cm,Ø15 cm,Ø20 cm.Inclusi nella scatola abbiamo non solo la spatola come detto poc’anzi ma anche un pennello in silicone.Ogni setaccio è perfettamente realizzato in acciaio inox adatto al contatto con alimenti.

Die siebe sind klasse. Die Sachen werden gut gesiebt und das reinigen ist auch einfach. Die Verarbeitung ist gut und die Handhabung auch. Leider kann man die Siebe nicht aufhängen. Aber das macht dem Gebrauch nichts.
