This cheese grater worked very well at first. It wasn't long after I got it though, that the little screws that hold it together began to rust. Now, 3 months after purchasing it, the little screws have broken off and the top is not longer functional. All I've ever used it for was cheese, no veggies or anything hard. I will be buying a new grater, but not this brand.

It worked appropriately maybe once?It lost suction immediately, if it ever even had it.. pieces rusted all around the screws and several pieces of plastic broke (I did not submerge it in water nor handle it roughly) within 2 weeks of trying to use this. I expected it to work slightly better, and it didn’t even meet my lowest expectations. I’d recommend a different product.

It stuck to my counter top exactly one time only and one time only. Now it won't stay stuck at all, making it essentially useless. The plastic is very poor quality and I'm fairly certain my throat was cut to ribbons from the flimsy bits of metal that probably fell off the metal shredder wheel after eating some cheese I shredded (mangled more like). Now I gotta figure out how to get rid of this thing! I don't even want to waste the space to throw it out in the trash because even my trash can deserves better. It would be morally wrong to try to unload this thing on someone else at my next yard sale, so that's out. I'd wait until dark and chuck it over my neighbor's fence but they're old and it would confuse them so that's a no-go. Save yourself the money, hassle, and medical bills and do not buy this flimsy, junky excuse for a food grater.

I love this it makes things so much easier and my kids love helping. I’d give it 5 stars but the suction to hold it to the counter doesn’t work at all!

Very poorly made, and cheap! Cleaning was pretty annoying if done by hand. Idk if it would be wise to put in the dishwasher as majority of it is plastic. The handle doesn’t stay on when turning and gets clogged easily. The height doesnt adjust and it never hits the bowl or plate when it comes out. It took me forever to shred a block of cheese because of the crappy handle. It does not cling to my laminate counter tops. I would avoid this one.
