Your cart is empty.These Soft Polymer V groove magnetic soft jaw pads will not scratch polished or anodized metal round stock. The 4" wide soft jaw pads will fit any bench vise from 3 to 6 inches wide and stay in place with neodymium magnets permanently fixed into the backside with screws. These are CNC machined in the USA from American Made plastic polymer. These soft jaw pads have a low to medium grip strength, all long straight materials can be held steady, but since they are made from soft, slippery polymer plastic round stock may still rotate if significant torque is applied.

This product is perfect and doesn’t scratch the finish. I would recommend having a big vice as the blocks are fairly thick.

Tried to use this on a .308 barrel with a nitride finish for installing a muzzle break and I could not get it to hold the barrel tight enough. I was using it in a 8 inch Wilton vice. It would probably work great for other projects but was not up to the task for what I needed.

These are the best gunsmithing vise jaws money can buy. I've put 4 barrels in them so far. True to their name, they do not leave a mark. The material looks & feels like Delrin, but conforms like Nylon or vinyl. Magnets are great too. Zero complaints.

these are nice... they are hard, not a soft rubber so be careful when tightening... I havent "tortured" them properly yet but I did use them for a couple items and they worked well. the magnets hold well too.

Very nice soft jaw set. About the best bang for the buck your going to find. Worked for its intended purpose; changing a muzzle device. However, looses one star for being too smooth to hold the barrel by itself. I used a cheater bar to crank on the 4" vise but the barrel still slipped/rotated when trying to remove the flash hider. I may have been able to go tighter but I was worried they might split and drop my upper with expensive optics onto the floor. They are fairly hard plastic and very smooth. However, I laid a piece of very fine grit sandpaper in the jaws, paper side to barrel, and grit side out to the jaws, and that worked like a charm. If they had more grip, maybe rubbery or something, it would be five stars all day. It may be five stars for other purposes as well but for holding my barrel it didn't quite hold.That being said; Once my vise is properly bolted to the bench and I have something underneath to catch the upper should the jaws split, crack or otherwise fail, I will crank on it even harder. If I am able to crank on them hard enough to get it to hold without failing I will give it the 5th star. I am perfectly happy with them and glad that I didn't spent $80 on a Wheeler oak block set and some rosin.

These things are pretty thick, they eat up a lot of the vises range.

This is my second set of NO-M.A.R vise blocks...the first were the non-magnetic type. The magnets help a lot when you only have two hands. They are made of a material that really grips, and they do not slip, even on a barrel.Excellent machining, nice finish. I would recommend.
