First time I used the 0” to1” mics checked maybe 10 parts and the Lock screw snapped offLike it was a cheap piece of plastic.That’s what I got

The mics had something out of round or not concentric. This caused them to stick every revolution of the thimble. I think it could be fixed but you don't buy new tools to work on them.
