These work really well for my boat. Thick but not too thick.

The quality appears to be very good. Time will tell if they hold-up, but my initial impressions are very positive.

quality appears to be similar to what is available at the marine store. attractively priced. 1/4 inch of tail past the whipping on the tail end. spliced and whipped at the eyes seem good. perfect for my 12' outboard.

This is a nice set of ropes for your boat. The rope is soft to the touch; it feels more like a nylon-cotton blend than a typical nylon rope. The pre-spliced eyelet is large and should fit even the largest of dock or boat cleats. The stitching at both ends of the rope is tightly sewn to minimize the possibility of unraveling. My only concern with these ropes is that when I stretched them by hand, they did not “reset” or contract, reminding me of an elastic band that has been stretched too much. Boat mooring lines need to have some elasticity to allow the boat to move about without damage. I’m a bit concerned that these ropes will not remain elastic and will simply behave as any other rope.Regardless, these are nice ropes at a good price and if you can’t use them for your boat, there are numerous other possibilities for you to consider.

These double-braided dock lines are excellent. They are 3/8 inches in diameter, 15 feet long, and have a 12-inch loop on one end. They had no problem holding a 26-foot boat at the dock and are a perfect diameter to fit around your average boat cleat. I highly recommend them; they didn't stretch and are heavy-duty.

These are great double braided dock lines. The package indicates that they are manufactured in China. In the past I was not a fan of imported marine lines. The imported stuff was simply never braided as well as domestically manufactured lines. Those import lines tended to be made with fibers that were too soft and too loose and those fibers would catch on rough hands, cleats and pretty much everything else so that lines would start to pull apart. It wouldn’t take long before those cheap lines were a mess and ready for the trash. These dock lines are different. They are braided tightly and made very well. You can feel the quality in your hands as soon as you handle one. You’ll know right away that it’s good stuff. You’ll receive 4 lines in the package. Each line has a loop spliced into one end which makes it easy to secure on a deck cleat. Both ends are neatly whipped so that the outer covering of the line won’t loosen up and unravel.Truly, these are good lines.Really good!Plus they come at a bargain price. In fact, You wouldn’t be able to buy bulk line and splice up 4 fifteen foot dock lines for less than these cost and these are ready to go right out of the package.Splicing lines yourself takes skill and lots of time. These lines are one of boatings great bargains. Two thumbs up and highly recommended.
