Our reptile lizard hammocks can be hand-washed or machine-washed. To avoid damage to the suction cups, you'd better remove the suction cups from the hammock if machine wash.
Easy to install:
1. Soak and dry the suction cups.
2. Connect the rope to the suction cup.
3. Tie a knot on the end of the rope.
4. Clean the tank wall to remove any dirt for better suction.
5. Attach cups to the clean tank wall, press each suction cup firmly to secure and remove air bubbles
6. Place the hammock and adjust for comfort.

I kind of wish these had some stability. Though the hammocks are long and wide enough for my almost full sized bearded dragon, they have no stability, making them flimsy. The colors are very cool and I like that the set came with extra suction cups.
