Poor execution. Different exercises are printed on the back and front of the poster. If I attach the poster to the wall, I'm unable to view the exercises on the back

I like that there’s printing on both side. The posters have very limited exercises. But it helps with figuring out a routine. No regrets

Love the durability of the posters. Will last a long time. Many exercises and examples easy to follow. I use all three exercises and they make for a great workout.
