I have a set of silicone baking mats already, but I wanted more in these sizes to meet my baking requirements. These mats perform exactly as expected, and I love them!These mats have a mesh inside the layers of silicone that helps crisp the outsides of food, and is great for cooking a frozen pizza perfectly to my liking. These mats are also great at air frying frozen appetizers in my toaster oven, for making cheesy toast, or for making a large batch of cinnamon toast at once.These mats are very easy to clean, nothing sticks stubbornly to them, and they don't stain even with foods getting burnt on or having tomato sauce or chocolate sitting on them for a full day.I have used this type mats for rolling out wheat flour dough and they work well for that, but I find that they don't get along with gluten free doughs very well. Gluten free doughs are notorious for being fussy to handle however, and that's not a problem with the mats at all.These mats are easy to roll up and store, and the two size options suit my needs well.I am very happy with these baking mats! I like these baking mats, they seem to work well. While I haven't baked much on them yet I have done a batch of dog treats and it was nice to just throw them on the sheets and peel them right off no problem, no stick what so ever, and no mess. Made cleanup super easy. I also haven't put them into anything higher than 300F yet but no signs of problems with temp that I can see.I do wish there was a middle size, maybe I'm just unaware and have had non-standard size baking pans all along but the large size is too big for it and the small size only covers a portion of it. Missing that goldie-locks size.

I’ve been wanting a set of Silicone baking sheet liners for a while now, as I was wasting quite a bit of money on quality parchment paper and don’t like the mess made by greasing my baking sheets.I really liked this product because it has 2 mats of both sizes, but I wasn’t too sure what to expect as the quality of these products can vary a lot. I was however pleasantly surprised by these; they are thick and sturdy and should be very durable if given reasonable care.The price is in my opinion very reasonable for 4 *quality* mats. I am really pleased with this product and think others will be as well!

These silicone sheets are perfect for everything from baking cookies to making tater tots for the grandkids. Nothing sticks. A quick wipe, and I can put them away in the drawer under the oven. With two quarter-sheet mats and two half-sheet mats, I can bake on any of my sheet pans without using parchment paper or foil. I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love these mats. I was going through parchment paper like crazy with all the cookies and crackers I have been making. These are just like having parchment paper, and they are reusable. Easy to clean and store. Instructions state to store rolled up, or flat to avoid creasing. The larger mats work with my cookie sheets, and the smaller mats I use with my air fryer. Will buy more once these wear out.

These are typical fiberglass reinforced silicone mats that can be used for baking. They keep your sheet pans clean and are easier to clean. I ordered this set because I needed the small size for my toaster oven. They keep vegetables and baked goods from sticking to your pan. I've been using this type of silicone baking mat for quite a while and recommend them. I would prefer rounded corners, but I knew they were angled when I bought them.

These are great! I love these so much because they make cooking so much easier and clean up is a breeze.The quarter sheet pan size is also great because they are harder to find.All in all, a great value and so much better than tin foil or wax paper.

These are marvelous and work just as advertised. I use them regularly when making roasted vegetables and for various baking tasks. One of the things I like most is that they are so easy to clean, and are much easier to fit into my dishwasher then the sheet pans themselves. Another nice feature is that they can be resized by trimming them with a kitchen shear. I only have one full half sheet pan, but two others that are just slightly smaller. By trimming off the gray border, the remaining silicone pad fit the other pans perfectly.Baking toasted ravioli or burritos? You won't have to worry about scrubbing cheese or fillings that leaked out off your baking sheet anymore!When baking frozen items like corn dogs or fries, the baking sheet can be put back into my cabinet without being washed. When roasting vegetables however, the high moisture content released during the cooking process seeped over the edge of the mat and underneath, requiring a full wash of both the mat and the pan. Even then however, cleanup was much easier. A quick rinse with warm soapy water took care of the pans, and I just inserted the mats into the dishwasher during the next load.As a tip, I place mine between tines in the dishwasher rack, so that they are arched rather than attempting to stand them.I decided to try these after my daughter had requested a set as a holiday gift. I'm glad I did!
