How to use ?
1,Pull the end of the tape measure any body part that you want to measure (pressing the button in the center will make it easier to pull).
2,Place the rod at the end of the tape measure the circular slot.
3,Press the button in the center and let the tape measure to a snug fit.
4.Read your measurement on the outer edge of the tape measure (the end opposite the locked-in rod). Watch your improvement!
Using Tips:
1 One side of this tape starts at 2 inch,because the shell of tape is 2 inch wide.This design can simplify the measuring progress,and you can read the correct value directly
2 It is not suitable for measuring very small objects, such as fingers and other small objects,because they can not be completely fitted with the shell of the tape,which resulting in inaccurate window reading

I don’t have a ton to say about these. They work as expected and the price is right for a pack of 4. If you need measuring tape for your body, these work fine.

You can use these for a variety of things that require measurements. The snap back feature works just ok. Overall I'm happy with this item

I got this because I'm constantly wondering what my size is for waist, chest, arms, etc. and using a tape measure isn't the most accurate since it can't conform to shapes. With this, I'm able to get a pretty accurate read of a lot of those things and the locking functionality for measuring the circumference of anything is a super convenient feature (you don't have to hold the tape measure in place).If you're looking for an easy to use tool to start measuring those things then definitely take a look at this thing. It has other measuring tools included too, which I don't have much use for but for the price why not have it just in case.

The hook on this is very weak and it broke on one of them :-( Otherwise I Loved this to be able to put it around me and hook it to get a more body accurate measure. :-(
