These inserts are great! They fit well in closed shoes and open sandals, they are comfortable, the stickiness is just right, and their price is excellent!

These gel inserts are an inexpensive way to get a bit of arch support. I find these do not add any bulk to the shoe, so you don't need to size up or suffer with a shoe that's a half size too small. They are also decently invisible and can fit inside any shoe. Each arch support insert has a sticker backing, which is quite slippery so it is best to stick them on. You can stick them ontop or under the insole, if applicable.Con - the arch support level is low. I got Plantar Fasciitis and on a flat shoe, I did not notice these inserts. It is better than no support but it doesn't make much of a difference, my feet are still sore after a few hours.However, on a pair of shoes that already has a little arch support but just not enough, these inserts bring new life to the shoe, making them very comfortable.

These are pretty nifty. I constantly struggle to find shoes with adequate arch support and especially sandals. Since these are both adhesive and clear, I was able to put them into one of my favorite pairs of sandals and they are basically invisible. The adhesive stood up to all day wear and helped keep my feet from hurting at the end of the day. I like that they come with 4 pair so I can put them in several pairs of shoes. I've also added them to a pair of dress flats and they seem to be holding up well.
