Tongs are well made. Tips come together cleanly, Wood is smooth. Tongs have good spring and grasp firmly. There is considerable difference in thickness of wood among the tongs I received. Only one is thin enough to fit into my toaster well and grasp something. I am sure the heavier tongs will be good for other uses, but I wish I had more of the finer ones.

Love the wood tongs but they are so delicate. I have 2 warped and one broke in less than a week.

The news about plastic in the kitchen just gets worse and worse. These wooden tongs helped me eliminate more plastic from the kitchen. They work well and are attractive.

Great product. Very nice Walnut wood. Sometimes things get stuck in your toaster. You never want to use anything metal for fear of electrocution. These wooden tongs help you avoid that hazard. Highly recommended!

Very nice wooden thongs and they are very comfortable and easy to use. They are small enough but not too small. Good for picking small meat pieces or salad for example.

Years after buying these, we still use them all the time. They make it so easy to pull a hot piece of toast from the toaster without burning yourself or risking a shock from a metal utensil. Highly recommend!!

It's a little hard to use at first but once you use them they seem to get easier to use. I guess it takes a little learning curve.

The wooden tongs are the perfect tool to use to get that pesky bagel or toast out of the toaster without burning your pinkys! We know we should never use your knife to stab that toast to get it out of the toaster right? But we do with the result either wrecking the fine filaments in the toaster or worse getting zapped.The wooden tongs are the perfect size for getting out your toast and they are strong enough that they will last a very long time with proper use. The bonus for me is the other set of tongs included are now used to get pickles, hot peppers, sauer kraut etc out of the jars they come in. I recommend these tongs.
