The smaller ring is too small and can't expand over a 9 inch cake and the larger ring cannot contract small enough to fit a 9 inch cake. This product is therefore useless.

The picture and the description both describe the long cake cutting knife/spatula and a smaller cake server along with the adjustable size leveler and the flat cake lifter. What I received was actually two different sizes, one large, and one small cake leveler rings with the multiple slots and the long cake blade (serrated on one side, and smooth spatula on the other side). I did not need that small cake server so I’m much happier to have the two sizes of levelers instead.
