They are great for getting the right thickness for your gun case, panels can be bonded together. (I can't understand why they are a little pricey.

I ordered this foam not realizing it was polyethylene, so I could not use it for my upholstery project, which required polyurethane foam, so I had to return. What I will say is that the quality was great, the seller packages very well, the foam was clean, packaged flat & odor free.

The listing says 16” (40cm) is actually 15-3/4 the ones I received where closer to15-1/2 - 15-5/8If your project is critical be aware. However the product is outstanding. It is rigid, easy to cut, and glued together quick and sturdy.

I received 4 pieces that were 54" x 11 5/8" x 1/2" instead of the 54 x 16 x 1 as stated in the description. If you need the full size as described, I recommend you try a different item.
