Military Grade Foam
Polyethylene Foam is spongy and forgiving, exhibiting excellent shock absorption. It is fairly dense, moderately pliable, and offers a secure, snug fit.
The PE foam in our gun cases is chemical and oil resistant and can be wiped clean.
The PE foam in our hard drive cases is anti-static and protects against static electrical damage.

After engineering the interior cavities, we finish each piece by chamfering the sides to accommodate sloped interior walls and hand-cut notches for any interior intrusions like wheels and handles. This allows the foam insert to slip perfectly into place.

Been using this for a few months now with Glock compact and fullsize guns, as well as a 9mm slim Hellcat RDP with optic. Everything fits well, including mags up to 17-rd. Center space is ideal for smaller items in their own cases. Paid for itself when I nearly backed over it and dragged it eight feet down my driveway. This left some abrasions on the hinge side, but it still works great.

So, was skeptical for the price that the hard case and foam would be of high quality, but was floored when it arrived (today)...Fit four full sized pistols and 12 extended magazines easily with the center accessory section holding two more compacts/revolvers with associated mags. The foam was sturdy and precisely cut. The top closed easily and seems seems secure, but time will tell. All and all, I will be ordering a couple more in time and have already sent recommendations to friends, family and colleagues! While potentially heavy for range days, it will be great for traveling and for large shoot days when were bringing all the toys! Thanks and glad I found you.

This Doro case is the answer when I travel and need my pistols. The Pre-cut foam saved time as i did not have to pick foam cubes in the correct shapes. My primary and backup pistols fit perfectly into the cut-outs. As did my magazines and knives.The case is rugged, with a rear hinge protected from a thief’s saw. Case is secure and tough. This purchase is a long-term investment for traveling with firearms and continuing your protective mission as you travel.NOTE: The padlock holes are 5/16” in diameter. So your padlock hasps must be that diameter, or smaller.

This case is nice and beefy, I was pleased the case was as rugged as it looked in the posting. It has strong locks and the lock out holes will with withstand most if not all non-violent attempts to break them. The internal foam is more rigid than I expected but that’s it an added bonus not a detriment. The foam cut outs are clean, well-made and well thought out. My only real complaint is, I wish the company included the large piece of foam they cut out for the large center storage area and maybe a few more of the magazine foam plugs but if that’s all I have complain about I’m still quite happy. All and all I am very pleased with my purchase and I will definitely look to this company again for all my firearm case needs in the future.

Excellent quality case for the money. Milspec foam is way beyond "pick 'n pluck" junk variety. Holds plenty of pistols and eyes/ears, ammo, for the range.Removed one star for RMR mounted pistols being too tight a squeeze.

Man I’m just BLOWN AWAY! Pictures can’t do justice. When the box showed up. I was way beyond blown away by how much bigger it was. The quality of the box and how well everything fits in the box! Just for you imagination. Only for giggles I have my M9 beretta with 2-15 round mags 1-20 round mag also 2 30-round mags! A Walter P22 which will be replaced with my Walter P99 with 2-15 round mags. I have my Charles Daily 1911 with 2-8 round mags in the case. I plan to add more there’s so much room! Any weapons collector or Enthusiast. I promise you will want this in your collection. So happy I spent the money for this case! Pictures can’t do this box words. WARNING MAY BUY GUYS TO FILL THIS CASE! I have an FN 5.7 in my shopping cart I plan to buy. With sportsman’s guide next couple weeks. Because, one I’ve wanted the gun for some time now. Two because I know the case will complement that gun!!!
