This product is a NO. Worse than the one that stopped working. My house is 85 degrees with thermostat off. Had to turn off my boiler.

There is no substitute for an OEM Honeywell zone valve.There are some valves on Amazon that you may think are real Honeywell but they are Chinese and don't perform properly. I fell for one ad that seemed like an OEM valve but was not. They are cleverly worded and a quick click gets an imitation product.Spend the extra couple bucks and get the real thing.

This product lasted 1 month, didn’t even make it through this winter. Came home to my house 82 degrees the valve was stuck open. Now I can’t even return it. 50 dollars down the drain

This is just a motor, not the entire head unit. The pictures are misleading.

Fit was right for my application,however the return spring tension was too high and would cause synchro motor to not be powerful enough to open my valve all the way,I had to swap my old spring out with the new one ,now works perfect thanks to my own repair so not satified as well as i would like to be but at least we have heat again.

Required the housing as my internals still worked fine. Shelled out the 60 dollars for a new unit. Shipped with no housing even though that's what was advertised
