Well, if you don’t have the proper tools changing these things out is a pain. I took the opportunity while waiting for these to arrive and painted my rims. The cart is about 10-15 years old at least, the tires and tubes were shot. They look pretty well made, I wish they had metal valve stems but hey can’t have everything. I purchased them on sale at a considerable discount. Just to note, flat free tires already mounted are becoming the way to go, make your decision on cost effective choices just make sure if you go to flat free, know your hub length and compare before ordering.

We had these tires for a year and the tire developed cracks around the treads after light usages. And one of the tube's became defective where the valve stem cracked around the base.

They didn't hold up, sidewall just fell apart/disintegrated in about 6 months. Very disappointed. Looking for something more durable now. Way too much work to be swapping out so soon.
