First impressions of this solenoid. This looks identical (minus the brand markings) to a Bosch unit, which is equipped on the rig OE. I can't speak for quality beyond that, but they look awful close. All the same ports, the same electrical connection and even same setup (Steel single nipple, other two plastic)I did test this solenoid for low pressure leaks (~5 psi) and it didn't have any appreciable leakage. Even if the valve leaked a little, it *might* slow boost control response, but nothing noticeable for an OE setup.I haven't installed this on the rig yet, as I got this primarily as a spare for the trail. Electrically it's compatible, physically it's compatible. I don't see any reason that this won't perform like the OE solenoid.
