Good price, quick and easy set up

Super easy setup. I had been plugging two monitors directly into my laptop but it became cumbersome and annoying anytime I wanted to take my laptop somewhere. Got this docking station, plugged in the monitors along with the usb Bluetooth dongle for my wireless keyboard and mouse and I was instantly up and running. It also has a headphone jack so I can take calls through Teams easily. I didn’t have to do any configuring of my existing monitors or mess around with display settings.Really love that it also powers the laptop (via USB-C) so I can keep my regular power cable wrapped and ready to travel.

It truly is plug and play and works as advertised, the only issue I had was on my computer needing to be restarted (If your does not work out of the box, restart your computer)

I was a big skeptical when I came across this Lenovo Hybrid USB-C Dock Bundle (40AF0135US) because this looked like a great deal for this dock and I wasn't sure if it was too good to be true. There were two reasons I really wanted this:1. To clean up my wiring on my desk for my work from home setup and have only one cord to connect and disconnect each time.2. This would charge my laptop too, so would free up my lone charger to be used on the go. It was always a pain to undo it from under my desk when I would travel or needed to work on the go somewhere.For those reasons I decided to take the risk and see what arrived. Upon opening it up, it appeared to be a brand new, unused dock exactly as shown and a brand new power adapter. Both looked and felt legitimate and to me seemed to have every indication of a genuine product. This also included the cables and screen cleaner as shown in the listing.Next I looked up the serial number on the dock and now have a guess at what this situation is and why this is so inexpensive. The history shows that the dock I received was older and had actually sold and had the original 3 year warranty expire 3 years ago in 2021. Not only that, it was originally sold as a 40AF0135EU and was sold to the UAE. Again, by all visible signs, this dock was absolutely brand new condition. The power adapter has a different and much newer manufacture date in 2023 and is a US adapter, so this was re-kitted as a 40AF0135US by a third party. My best guess is that this was old stock that was repurposed for US buyers. The downside of this is that this does not have any manufacturer's warranty attached to it which would have been 3 years, but on the upside you get the same dock that is for sale today for much less money and these tend to not have many failure points or issues that would require a warranty anyway.I set this up and it meets all expectations. We use a similar dock at work and it is the same experience. I plug in one cord to my laptop and everything is connected including charging through that one plug. My mouse, keyboard, monitor, webcam and power adapter all consolidated into a single plug. It also has support for dual monitors, wired ethernet, and plenty of USB A ports, a USB C port, and 1/8 headphone jack. The one I received is exactly as shown in the product photos. The dock really simplifies things for me and now my single wall charger is free to keep in my bag so I never have a situation where I am without it.Overall I am really happy with this and it works perfectly. I think that the title and description should better indicate that this is older stock and doesn't include a manufacturer's warranty. Perhaps calling it refurbished or something so that it is clear that you are getting an unusually good price for a reason. I still think it's worth the savings to forgo the warranty, but you should have the opportunity to make that choice on your own before buying. Other than that, I have no complaints and this does exactly what I wanted. If you are looking for a USB C dock like this and want a great deal on a quality Lenovo dock, this is definitely worth considering!

I recently purchased a dual monitor setup to increase my productivity.I was having issues connecting both of my monitors to my laptop so I decided to purchase this docking station. There are lots of ports which is one of the main reasons I purchased it. In my opinion I find it important to have plenty of ports—even for future scalability.The video quality has been very well, and it’s been very easy to connect quickly to my main computer.The build quality is good as well.

Be aware from buying from them. After i received the item I searched the serial number to review warranty. What I found was unbelievable: warranty expired, originally purchased on 2019 in Germany and as expected the original power cord was European standard. This seller just swapped the cord and sold it as it was new when it's everything but new. Review this before buying from them.
