Warm tips:

- After using, the battery will heat up, it is recommended that the battery be cooled and then recharged.
- Always remove the battery from your tool when you are assembling parts, making adjustments, cleaning or when not being used for an extended time.
- Please store it at about 50% charge in a dry, clean, cool, away from heat and metal objects, do not keep it fully charged or discharged for a long time.
- When the battery is unused for a long time, we recommend using the battery at least once every two to three weeks.

Very happy with this battery, so far, although i have tested it to exhaustion yet, because we only have a small lawn. We are close to being able to do a final cut for the season, so i doubt i will be able to push this battery too hard but we'll see. I generally figure that these off-label battery copies will give maybe a quarter less than they are labelled as. This one is 240 Watt-hours supposedly, or 6 Ah, so i just figure it will be around 5 Ah, or 200 Wh, and that is fine with me. These batteries come at around half the cost of a regular Greenworks battery, so i am fine with a little less performance. It doesn't take a full charge to mow our lawn anyway, so that works fine for me. I have had an occasional one of these copies refuse to take a charge after a use or two, but have always been able to use Amazon to either reimburse or send a new one. These things happen, and it's best to test them out quickly to ensure you have a reliable one.All in all, a good battery.

Used it for first time cutting up a tree. It keeps popping out of the greenworks chainsaw. So you have to push it back in and hit start button to keep sawing. OEM batteries are hard to remove from greenworks devices-likely for this reason. Avoid
