Mirror has been installed for a year and the light just went out. Would like to know how to resolve this issue, but cannot find an answer or speak to anyone. Hoping this review will get me an answer I need.

Unlike some other mirrors, this one’s backlit feature actually has an LED strip around the side of the mirror so it shines evenly on the wall all the way around. Other mirrors have the back lights shining back towards the wall and have to sit proud of the wall for you to see the backlighting. This mirror is much better if you like the backlight look.

Front light is out already and don’t have a box to return. Out of over $200 . Just had it installed and return to late . Never will I buy a product like this on line . Should have purchased from a reliable company

The mirror is nice but the brightness is not great! We are keeping it due to we had it installed and the contractor had to switch plugs on it because of the size of the plug on the mirror, it would have stuck out too far! Luckily we have a bathroom fan with a light so that helps alot~

The light is better than I thought, it was extremely easy to install and definitely great value for your money. Quality is great enhancing the bathroom decor the different functions is essential to the decor very well made and designed.
