I don’t know if I got a faulty one or if it’s just so cheaply made…. But after about 2 times of using the charger, when unplugging the charger the prong stayed inside the scooter while the cord came out in my hand. You can see the metal piece that holds the prong onto the cord so I’m not sure if it was cracked or what happened. Who knows
