Roller material is not as thick as I would have liked but it served its purpose since I could not find anything like this narrow enough for what I needed.

I think the nap on the roller should be a little bit thicker they don’t seem to whole much paint and are a bit sloppy. I am better off just using a brush.

I spackled and sanded a few days prior and then went to paint using this roller, and it pulled up all the spackle. Had to wait for the paint to dry, respackle and resand. Switched to another little roller and had zero issues. Disappointed this caused me extra work and mess.

Took a chance on these to help me more efficiently paint the exterior of my house (fiber cement siding/trim).I first painted my the siding using a 4” roller and a brush all the way up to the butt edge of the trim. I didn’t tape off the trim or try to be too careful because I was going paint the trim a different color and I would use that phase for clean lines. Worked out just fine except some areas where say a gutter ran down the trim, the width of the space was too narrow for the bigger roller and using a brush was effective, it was tedious. This small roller allowed me to get the narrow areas of the trim without having to tape off of use a brush saving me a bunch of time and headache.I’ve never seen them in the store (like Home Depot,etc.) so happy I came across them here.

I used it several times and paints just fine. I bought it for painting wall in between tight spaces.

I’d like to be able to buy the heads in bulk so as to trash the used ones, but they are not for sale on AMZN. They are a useful tool to add to your arsenal.
