How to Adjust?
It have a hole that sprays straight down on the screen, but the two at the end are in the form two brass balls with a hole down the center and can be aimed by turning the balls - insert the tip of a tool(needle/safety pin) into the hole in the brass ball and move the tool to point where you want the water to go.

They fit perfectly on the sprinter chassis motor home. Mercedes store didn’t have them in stock, next day delivery from Amazon

This was purchased for a 2018 Sprinter. This line seems to be more of the "main" supply line that comes directly from the wash tank. This does NOT seem to be a like for like replacement of the wash lines that are ran through and connected to each wiper blade. You will notice that the existing wiper blade hose line runs through the wiper blade arm spring, this line was so big it was difficult to run it through the sprint. The U or C shaped arm clamp with the nozzles is just as bad as OEM. This product is sold as "Premium" and it is not. Avoid.

Unfortunately I can’t currently recommend this product. One of the nozzles wouldn’t stay secured to the wiper blade arm and then the nozzle flew off somewhere on the highway :-/ also, the little nozzles that you need to adjust are a pain but that’s perhaps just user error and not a product flaw.

Ok, so the common problem with some washer nozzles is that the "clamping" of the nozzle to the wiper arm breaks, and then you use a zip tie to secure it...or maybe tape. Most of your older Sprinters were using a nozzle with two fixed ports.Decided I would try and replace my recently broken OEM replacement nozzles with these. Yes, I literally bought original equipment nozzles and broke them immediately upon careful installation. First, these do have three ports: two pointed in the standard direction away from the wiper arm pivot and then another port that directs fluid directly at the windshield. With the big area, often it seems that very little fluid ended up close to the bottom edge of the windshield with two ports, but this third port improves the situation. I think later Sprinters have three ports, or certainly one pointed directly at the windshield like this replacement.The adjustable ports are adjustable. I think the instructions state to put something like a paper clip inside the adjustable port to move it. Ok, I did it by trial an error by moving them with a finger nail. There actually seem to be positions where those ports maintain their location. I hope that this is durable rather than something that will move over time. I think the best practice is to install them as received, try it out and then adjust the ports rather than trying to figure where the fluid is going to end up. A little trial an error testing can produce a very nice spread of wiper fluid that, I think leaves the windshield better lubricated to accept the cleaning of your wiper.Seems like a very good opportunity for a replacement nozzle.

The first set of nozzles I received had one of the nozzles defective and it sprayed a stream up from the window towards the front of the Sprinter in addition to the 3 spots where fluid should have been spraying.I returned that set and asked for a replacement. The replacement set fit fine. I would suggest just replacing the nozzle, and using the factory hose unless yours is defective or brittle. The supplied hose is thicker and would be a bit hard to fit through the spring and around the underside of the wiper arm.These seem a bit thicker than the factory nozzles, so hopefully they will hold up longer, but I'd recommend using some sort of strong tape to also use around the sides and bottom of the nozzle to help it last longer (just make sure not to cover the hold that shoots directly at the window on the side.I look forward to seeing how well these work in real life, but I was happy with the spray pattern in my testing.Recommended!
