Fireplace does not stay on when turned at high heat, will work for approximately 5-10 minutes and then turns itself off.

This fireplace was the perfect addition to our built in. It has several color options and was easy to install. I wanted something that didn't look extremely fake and while you can tell it is electric, it fits the vibe I was going for with my place wall. The only complaint is the remote buttons are a little sticky and you have to press harder to turn off and on but it may just be that we haven't used it a ton yet. overall great product.

Our two year old 48" RV fireplace quit working. I searched and and found this one as a replacement and decided to give it a try. Fit was good and straightforward with no issues. We only used it for a fall trip and it worked very well with no issues. Probably will not get to use it till next year early spring. I will update with additional information, if needed, next spring.
