Works perfect. I am a drummer and I bought this for my PA system so that I could play music through the speakers and play music through my headphones at the same time. Now I can play along to the music I'm listening to in my headphones and others can hear the music through the speaker. Great value, very satisfied with the product. It comes as advertised.

This little device has made my audio life so much better over the past couple of months. I have a few different pairs of headphones that I switch between semi-regularly, and I have a weird addiction to buying and testing cheap and weird headphones, so I do a lot of A/B listening as well.I really appreciate that each channel has 3.5 and 6.35 options, so I don't have to futz around with adapters to plug in. I equally appreciate that both sizes AND RCA are available for input, and I have used all of these when I have moved the amp around to other sources.I appreciate good sound, but I don't have that great of an ear. That said, the amping provided by the socodox sounds very... clean to me, which is exactly what I'd hope for in a unit like this. It isn't lacking power by any means, and I haven't had any crackling when turning the pots. It is so much nicer and easier to reach out and turn a dial than open a volume control menu and adjust by slider.I would highly recommend this to people needing monitoring for making music, or even for the humble hobbyist like me, who just wants a convenient hub for my headphones.

I've been using this to compare the sound quality and tuning of in-ear monitors with each other. It's really nice to be able to play music through 4 outputs simultaneously and even better that each output has a volume control, because depending on impedance and sensitivity of the drivers they can have drastically different volume levels to sound even with each other.I have a good DAC/AMP (FIIO BTR13) feeding this amp and I wasn't able to distinguish any difference in sound quality straight between the IEMs going straight into the DAC vs through this amp, so the quality is good and doesn't seem noticeably colored.I could easily recommend this to anyone that wants to compare multiple headphones or IEMs like I'm doing, or even anyone that just wants to be able to conveniently switch between them without having to unplug and replug things.There are a couple of ways this could have been better though. For one, the color LEDs are neat, but not particularly useful. They randomly change color over time, but it would have been way more useful if maybe they had different color or brightness depending on the current volume of each output. The second thing would be to swap the 1/4" jacks for 4.4mm balanced outputs (and still keeping the single ended 3.5mm jacks as well). That would be a lot more useful (to me at least) than just a 3.5mm and 1/4" jack for each output.

La qualité de fabrication de l'amplificateur 4 canaux est bonne. Les matériaux sont solides, les finitions sont impeccables, la sérigraphie est propre, et les potentiomètres n'ont pas de jeu.Je ne vais pas reprendre la description et les arguments de vente, il y a une présentation pour ça. Je retiens juste que le son est fidèle et que l'amplification est déraisonnablement puissante.Je l'ai ouvert pour vérifier le circuit. Le montage est bien fait, on trouve effectivement un 5532 en préamplification au niveau de l'entrée, et un 4580 par canal stéréo.À l'usage, ça fonctionne plutôt bien tant qu'on respecte certaines conditions. Déjà, il ne faudra pas pousser les potards au delà des deux tiers pour limiter le souffle. Mais c'est déjà très, très fort à ce stade, même avec un casque de 250 ohms. Ensuite, on va éviter comme la peste de brancher/débrancher les casques quand on les a sur les oreilles, surtout si leur impédance est basse : avec mon 32 ohms, un gros "plop" vient me déchirer les tympans à chaque premier branchement sur un canal. Je possède d'autres amplificateurs pour casques un peu plus hauts de gamme, et ils ne se comportent pas comme ça. Est-ce que c'est à cause d'économies de bouts de chandelles ? Je ne vois pas de condensateurs de liaison sur les sorties des 4580, juste un condensateur de découplage de 100uF sur la masse de chaque canal.J'aurais également apprécié trouver un témoin lumineux autre que le ballet des LEDs colorées des potentiomètres. C'est d'autant plus rageant que l'emplacement est prévu sur le circuit, qu'une résistance de 2K2 ohms est déjà soudée pour limiter le courant à 5mA, mais que la LED n'est pas là ! Dommage.Au Final, je suis satisfait de cet amplificateur. Il est bien construit, le son est propre, l'amplification est puissante, et il dispose de plusieurs formats d'entrée/sortie. Je regrette juste les "plop" intempestifs. Vendu 36€, le rapport qualité/prix me semble correct au regard de la qualité globale du produit.

Need to share an audio source with friends? This is a no frills, sans bells and whistles 4 way amp. You get volume control for each output, the option to convert stereo or multichannel audio to output in mono or outright mute all 4 connected headphones with one button. A bit of eye candy is the toggle to enable the LEDs for each volume control knob, a bit of a gimmick really. The light shines through the notch in the knob to see the volume setting for each output.The input source can connect with 3.5mm or 1/4" stereo plug, and optionally left/right RCA connectors for a turntable or another low power input source.Audio appears clean, no static, hissing or other noise. At max volume, I heard no distortion either. It did sound a bit flat to me when listening to a sci-fi movie track. I might blame that on the headset I used.This is a simple device to share audio is all.

Needed a headphone amp to provide extra ports for multiple headphones to my computer and audio interface. I like the option to use 1/8 or 3.5 mm jacks to plug in and volume control on each output. The RGB lights are cool but I don't use them much but someone may light it up in their setup. Audio quality is good and depending on your connections but I do have some hum/static when cranking high volume but a noise loop isolator in between your source and the amp will decrease that and I never go full volume on it. There is a mute but I wish each output had its own mute and not one mute for the entire amp.

🔸 En mi caso, lo quería como amplificador de tocadiscos. Para ello, conecté el tocata al ampli usando un cable RCA doble (no incluido) y el ampli a la barra de sonido con un cable RCA/Jack (tampoco incluido) a la entrada AUX de la barra.🔸 El sonido está bien amplificado, y tiene cuerpo y textura. Los detalles sonoros son buenos sin llegar a ser muy nítidos. Los violines, por ejemplo, se escuchan muy bien y los graves son adecuados. Lo que no me ha gustado es que, si mueves el potenciómetro del volumen a más de la mitad, el sonido se satura. No obstante, si lo mantengo por debajo y ajusto el volumen de la barra, la saturación no aparece. Intenté combinarlo con un ecualizador pero el sonido se saturaba en seguida.🔸 Me ha gustado la opción de poder iluminar los potenciómetros (muy práctico en condiciones de baja luminosidad) y poder escoger entre mono y estéreo (aunque yo siempre usaré estéreo). Además lleva un botón de Mute, pero es colectivo, no pudiendo escoger individualmente el volumen que deseas silenciar. I tested the headphone amplifier using all inputs - RCA, 1/4", and 1/8" - as well as both the 1/4" and 1/8" headphone output of each channel.Everything works as designed and is intuitive. A button to mute all headphones, one to toggle between mono and stereo signal, one to turn on and off lights in the volume knobs, and a power button.The only aspects I can think of to improve would be if there were separate mono/stereo and mute switches for each headphone output just like the volume can be controlled individually.Also, the light feature is weird. The colors seem to change at random. There is no option to select a color, and the knobs won't have the same color for very long after powering on the amp. They are all red for a few seconds before the color rotation begins.
