LOVE IT! I had this put together in under 5 minutes. I will update with pics when I have it all finished up! It does state in the description that it can be used for facial steam. DO NOT recommend doing that. This is a heavy duty sucker and it will burn you if you're not careful with it. If you do use it for facial steam, I'd say for sure get one of those devices that disperses the steam for you and do not just let this thing steam you in the face. Aside from that safety precaution, this is a top notch steaming device. I put it in a two person sauna and it keeps up just fine, so I think the size is more robust than many of the others available on the market.

This little unit can really pump out the steam! The one that came with my sauna lasted about a month, and then it just quit working. This chugs away every night, generating steam almost as soon as you turn it on! It is important to follow the directions, because if you don't clean it after every use, you do run the risk of having a bacteria/mold infection overrun the unit, which, although it's cleanable, it's not the most fun task in the world. But, as I said, just follow the instructions, and you'll be in the clear, and relaxing in no time!

This 2000W steam generator heats up in no time, making every steam session feel like a little escape to my own personal spa! I absolutely love the remote control feature—it's so handy to adjust everything without needing to move from my cozy spot, making those relaxation moments even better. Plus, with its sturdy lid and explosion-proof interior, I feel completely safe using it. Safety first, after all!

This is hard for me to write a bad review, but the level this is at, it deserves to be expressed. So the package was broken and wasn’t nicely packaged. Upon opening it, you can tell it had been used and returned. It was dirty the contents were just thrown inside the canister (where you put the water) it was all dirty and dusty and just really really bad. So I tried it anyways. I put water into it, and I plugged the hose in, and it started to steam, and the smell WAS GOD AWFUL ATROCIOUS! I think they were shipping body organs with out the ice inside it! I don’t know what could ever be herbal and healing, or what ever that you can put inside it, to help your steam therapy, BUT THAT WOULD DEFF NOT BE THE ANSWER! I am still quivering at the thought of how bad it was. God help me, I almost fainted with the smell. I unplugged it immediately and ran out of the room. I let it air dry out and put it back together in the taped up box, the best I could, PROBALLY LIKE THE PEOPLE BEFORE ME!!! And shipped it back. Please, please, please, be prepared if you disregard my review, at least know I tried to warn you. I really hope it wasn’t organs….. ahhhhhh

This is an excellent sauna steamer. We opted for just this part to turn our bathtub/shower into a steam sauna when we feel like using one. It takes a while to get boiling but once it's heated up, it works wonders. It's unbelievably lightweight and comes with an herb basket where you can also put essential oils if desired. The instructions are worthless but its pretty easy to figure out.

My wife and I use our portable steam room every other night and we currently have smaller size steamer. This 4 liter is great as it holds more water so we don't have to fill up as oftern. It is pretty much the standard as compared to others. The machine is durable and well made. Has a rubber gasket to keep the top sealed when using. The remote is easy to use for powering on and off as well as controlling the duration of the steam being produced. Comes with everything you need to connect to a portable sauna tent. The one dislike is that the steam emitter box which goes inside the tent does not have a plate or saucer to catch residual steam which means it will be on the floor. Others that we have received come with a saucer which looks like a frisbee which we dump after each steaming session because it collects water.

I was disappointed in the Nurecover steamer that came with the portable spa. I bought this as it is a 2000 watt steamer. I live in Arizona. We have dry heat. My thermometer inside my spa said it was 100 degrees but this sure seemed hotter. Roughly about 15 min to kick in. Very pleased. Could be hotter yet for me, though.
