We've had these for over a year now. My daughter is actually on her second pair because she lost one of the original earrings. She has very, very sensitive skin and everything other than medical grade titanium or plastic cause her piercings to turn red and start oozing pus. We have bought other titanium earrings and I think the metal used in the soldering must have nickel or some other metal in them, but these do not. They stay in her ears for weeks, she sleeps in them, they are fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone with very sensitive skin. There is literally one other brand that works for her in addition to these.

I have had these earrings in my ears continuously for a month now, and there is no greening, guck, or irritation at all. I'm so happy to have earrings that look well enough to wear to church, but practical enough to wear out in the yard, and not have any irritation, plus, they are comfortable to sleep in so I don't have to remove them at night. Usually, when I start to get irritation at night from either allergy or too long of posts, I take my earrings out when I'm half asleep and then I use them. The solution was getting earrings that I didn't feel I had to take off. So grateful!

These earrings helped my ear piercings heal so quickly. It's been over 20 years having my earrings, and they've never really completely healed due to my previously unknown skin allergy to the material in gold, silver, etc. I'd have irritation, itching, redness, tenderness, flaking, and fluid at my earring site. The most it healed was when I got my new sterling silver pearl earrings, but after years of wear, the outer layer of the metal probably wore off and irritated my skin again. After wearing these for almost a week, my ears are already healed! I'm very happy I found these earrings because it's hard to find the purest titanium earrings. No redness, itching, fluid, etc anymore. They are 4mm, which is perfect to wear during my clinicals since we need studs less than 5mm. It'd be great in my opinion if they had a 2mm option, as well. It's shiny depending on the direction of light. I like that the back piece is covered, so I don't need to worry about being poked/scratched during my sleep. They come in sterile packages for intention of piercing ears with earring piercing gun, but it's fairly easy to remove earrings from packaging if you already have piercings.

I have very, very sensitive ears and am always wary of buying "titanium" earrings online - you never know what you will actually get! Therefore, I only own a few pair of earrings that actually work for me.I am so glad I decided to take a chance and buy these. They are piercing earrings and come in the case to be put in a piercing gun, but if you don't intend to use them for that, it's not difficult to get them out.I wore them for weeks without any irritation at all. They haven't discolored, the size is perfect and the stone is very clear. These are great earrings and I hope they come in more colors soon!

They helped heal my sore ears (nickel allergy?) so they must be nickel-free. THAT is why I bought them.They were a bit tricky to get out of the package. I think they are designed ready to be loaded into a piercing gun.They are NOT shiny like the photo; the silver is darker, duller, but still look ok.The earring backs were different than what I've seen before; the earring does not go through a hole at the bottom. They stop which left them a bit loose on my lobe, but still felt very secure

After having her ears pierced 4 years ago, my daughter suddenly developed an allergy to most earring metals. She tried gold, quality sterling silver, surgical steel, but reacted to all of them. I heard niobium and titanium are good for sensitive ears, so she first tried some niobium and titanium hook style earring wires, and sadly still had reactions to those. I found out titanium studs (not hook style) can be helpful while the ears fully heal from the allergy for a few months, and in the q&a the company said these are made with medical grade titanium, so we tried these. She has worn them a month so far with absolutely no itching or redness! I love that they came sterilized. Yes, they are pointy on the ends (they are intended for an ear-piercing system), but the earring back totally covers it up, so it hasn't been a problem. To me, the actual earring metal looks a little darker/duller than the picture, but it doesn't bother me, they are still very pretty! Even if other titanium hasn't worked for your sensitive ears, I would recommend trying these, they are apparently a good quality titanium.

I bought these for my daughter who ears seem to only like titanium so far. We have tried pure titanium earrings and her ears seem to do much better when she is wearing those, so I thought these would be a nice option for her to wear. But these are not pure titanium and her ears have reacted badly to them, so she must be somewhat allergic to them. So I will be putting them in a box and switching back to pure titanium and probably try some niobium earrings as well and see if those work for her.

I have been unable to wear earrings in my top holes for the last 15 years. Every time I tried, the infections would be painful and immediate. I tried every kind of earring, made from all the recommended materials. And then gave up. Until I heard of these. THESE EARRINGS ARE TERRIFIC! No Infection! I'm so grateful. The package is not difficult to get in to. The color is not as silver as the picture looks, its a darker color, but still silver. The stone is recessed so it doesn't stand out. I've been wearing them for two weeks without removing. Worth every penny and specifically for those of us with this eczema/infection issue.EDITED 05/02/2018: I AM STILL wearing the same studs in my top holes and just purchased another pair for my bottom holes just so I dont ever need to change them out (except for as fashion or outfit dictates.) No Infections! LOVE THIS!
