Brackets look nice, but can’t use them. They sent M8 screws and didn’t drill the holes large enough for the screws. Complete waste of time

The bolts that came with the brackets didn’t fit. The holes were too small. The bag with the bolts was already cut open so maybe it was a return and they put the wrong size in the box. I drilled the holes out so I still used them - the brackets are perfect now. Would be 5 stars with the correct nuts/bolts or larger holes.

They're strong and I like their mounting components. Some of the other brackets come with smaller inserts these ones come with a substantially wider insert so they don't spin inside the track.

When upgrading my old 2020 gantry on the 20W laser to accommodate the weight of the 40W laser diode module, I needed to move up to 2024 for less flex. I found these brackets to be very stiff and square. I checked the angle with two different precision steel squares and found it to be very flat with no lights bleeding in.The material has some texture, but it doesn't look or feel cheap; I believe it's anodized as nothing has flaked off. It's thick and very stiff.The bolts that came with them are the perfect lengths. They worked with three different T-slot and V-slot 5mm nuts and secured it nice and tight.Yes, it's on the pricey side, and sure, I could've just 3D printed these, but for something as important as keeping the corners square, this is a great product overall.

This review is for 2040 corner bracket set (8 pcs). In many ways, these are nicer than most similar corner brackets. They were individually bubble-wrapped which prevented the parts from being marred in transport. The T-slot nuts are the "normal", long kind - not the weak, twist-in ones. They also seem powder-coated, where other corner brackets I have bought were silver or anodized. For my application, perfect squareness doesn't matter so the matte, textured finish is great for looks. Not sure how good these would be for precision assemblies due to the finish though.

Used these to add rigidity to my 3D printer, and they work perfectly fine! The supplied screws and t-nuts fit as they should.
