This is your standard large current radial lead capacitor. There's no way to tell about longevity, but the assembly looks like what I'd expect and the value reads correctly on my meter. I've had a refrigerator for many years that the only issue is that the power supply was designed with undersized capacitors, so every few years I have to spend $5-10 to replace the two caps and it's back working fine! These will give me a couple of repairs if I don't use them for something else.
