About as good as I could hope for use with my Laguna Fusion F3 saw. The bars measure from .745 to .746 inches wide, .375 inches thick, and 16 7/8 inches long. My miter track measures about .755 inches leaving almost no movement of the bars in the track. I think with both bars in the track attached to my sled, there will be exactly zero side to side movement.In case you're wondering why 4 stars, it's because the length of the bars isn't 17 inches or more. It doesn't really matter much in my case, but an eighth of an inch short is one star short of perfection in my opinion. I know there were some other reviews complaining about the quality of the screws, but I haven't installed the bars on my sled yet and I'm not sure I'll be using the screws that came with it if I do. If I do use those screws and they prove to be poor quality, I'll update this review at that time.

I was able to make a cross cut sled using these guides. More durable than making them out of wood.

Their description as being a "standard" fit is completely false. Not only do they NOT have the "T" grooves to fit securely in the T slots, they are too wide to even fit in the slots completely. More wasted time now thank you this cheap crap sold on Amazon

Miter slot slides worked perfectly for a shop made jig, even came with the correct screws. Highly recommend for the price. Fit perfectly in miter slot, with no side to side play!

This kit of crosscut sled runners is a very well made set. I tried all the runners in both of my tablesaw miter slots and they moved effortlessly and accurately. I liked that there was NO lateral movement sideways so I could trust that these runners would provide accurate movement for my sled while also moving freely without any hangups or friction. I also liked that these runners are a good length that will prevent yaw of my jigs as they move across the power tool. There is the additional benefit that a longer length runner allows me to cut the runner to size should I need a shorter one.The runners come pre-drilled with countersunk holes and the kit comes with the appropriate screws for attaching the runners to my sled/jigs. I plan on making a number of jigs that will use the miter slots on my tablesaw and on my router table so having 4 runners in this kit is a real plus.

The runners themselves are as expected, fit nice, countersunk holes. Not sure how well they will hold up long term, but if the screws are any indication, not long. I did not like the placement of my runners so I attempted to remove them. In removing 10 screws, 3 broke off and remained embedded in the board (see picture). Thats 2 more broken screws than I could ever justify and 3 more than I would like. Replace the screws with some #6x3/4” screws from the hardware store and you should be good to go. If the runners break in the next year, I will be back to change this review to 1 star.

Haven't had the chance to put this item to use but looks just like what I intend it for and what the seller promoted it to be.
