Prepare clean the wall surface and remove moisture, oil, dust and other impurities from wall surfaces before using the strip, peel off the adhesive side and stick it to the wall

These foam strips offer good protection for both your garage walls and car doors. They have self-adhesive strips that keep them firmly in place (at least so far). Be sure to check the measurements, as they were a bit smaller than I expected. The measurements are accurate, but the product photos are not to scale. By checking the height where the car door meets the wall, and placing the strips horizontally, they do offer good protection, and also help with knowing how far to pull into the garage. Overall, these are a good, affordable solution to for protecting your car doors and garage walls.
