Installation Guide:
1. Remove the T-handle and washer, insert the threaded rod into the mounting hole, accessory to be mounted
2. Press the T-handle slightly until the rubber sleeves attach to tight
3. Insert anchors into Lock & Ride mounting holes
4. Press the attachment on the Lock & Ride hole until it is securely mounted
5. Ensure the attatchment is properly mounted, tighten the anchor by twisting the T-handle
