I purchased these to make fresh fruit leather, and they worked great. They are very floppy, so they can't be used without a cookie sheet or something under them for support. But they do not stick, and wash well in the dishwasher. I ended up using them recently as trays for beads and glass while doing a mosaic lamp craft with family also. They kept the beads from rolling onto the floor, and their flexibility made pouring the beads back into containers very easy. So, I can see multiple uses for them besides just the original purpose for buying them.

I have used these so many times already and actually ordered three sets total for my dehydrators. Fits my Gourmia dehydrator perfectly. Easy to clean and just really no issues with them.

I love these dehydrator silicone sheets. Makes clean up so easy. They clean up well. I just soak them in the sink. Good quality material, and nonstick for whatever you're dehydrating. Wicks off water. I recommend.

They work for hot or cold things. Sticky things can easily be cleaned off. You can put them under your coffee pot or bread maker. Use them as trays in your refrigerator. Place mats at the table for messy eaters. They don't burn. Wash them before first use if using for food.

These mats have a terrible smell! I left them out on the counter for 4 days and the smell finally went away completely. I like the large size. They don't come with instructions for use, but since they are like trays, I'm presuming which side goes up. I got them to make Vietnamese crystal candy, which requires several days of drying. Hope they turn out okay! I'm also going to try to dry fruit. I hope it doesn't mold. There really should be instructions as to whether or not to cover what you're drying, if they go on the countertop or in the fridge, if they should be put in a dark place, etc.
